Ironclad Triathlon Presented by Sunrise Tri

The 5th Annual Ironclad Triathlon Presented by Sunrise Tri begins with a 1/2 mile swim in the brisk Long Island Sound, followed by a two loop, 13.5 mile bike ride through Glen Cove and ends with a 3.2 mile romp through Welwyn Preserve. Next year's race is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 22, 2011.
This year's race will be bigger and better with lots of schwag including a water bottle, Technical Running Shirt and lots of raffle prizes from Sunrise Tri Bike Shop, XTERRA Wetsuits, Fuel Belt, X-Streme Energy Drinks, Canon Cameras and Polar HR.
The race also features an Elite Wave with a Prize purse of $3000 to be split by the top 5 Men and Women.

Per USAT Rules, only the registered athlete may pick up their race packet and number. You must show Photo ID and if you are a USAT member you must have your USAT Card to present as well. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Support our Troops by bringing down items for our Care Package.
On Saturday, May 29th and Sunday, May 30th we will be collecting items for our care package to be sent to US Troops in Afghanistan. Help support our troops and troop morale by donating some care package items to be sent over.
