Race Management

Want to organize and put on a race; whether it be a triathlon, duathlon, running or cycling event, we are here to help. We will work with you to customize a race management package to meet your needs and goals.Our Goal is Your Success!

Race Director

We can serve as the Race Director or Technical Director of your event helping to insure a successful race. As Race Director we will ensure the following:

• Production of Course Maps.
• Organization of Race Packet Pickup day(s).
• Race Sanctioning through USA Triathlon.
• Organization of volunteers for your race.
• Available to write and submit sponsorship proposals to local and national companies.
• Creation of Pre-Race and Race Day Checklists for materials, supplies, and volunteers for your race.
• Race Day Directing and Management of volunteers ensuring a safe and fun race.
• Awards Presentation after the race.

Course Design and Measurement

We can help you design your race course and ensure Accuratedistances with our course measurement. Race courses need to be safe and made correctly to keep the flow of racers moving. We will work you and town officials in creating a course that will be both Challengingand Safe for both your racers and the local community.

Race Application and Advertising

Once the date has been set it's time to Advertise and let the racers know about your race. We are here to spread the word about your race and help you create a Race Application using any one or all of the below services.

• Creation of the Race Application.
• Online Race Registration using Active.com.
• Online race listing on all major Multisport calendars.
• Link to your race website on TriandDuIt.com.
• Creation of e-mail list of racers for e-mail updates.

Computerized Race Timing and Entry Lists

Tri and Du It Multisport uses the latest in computer technology to ensure the accuracy of our data entry and race results. Our computer and timing systems are all self sufficient and on site during your race in our mobile trailer.

• We utilize the AMB Chip Timing System, which allows us to time multiple splits and provide you with fast and accurate race results.
• We handle all Race Data Entry using our race day software.
• Prepare and assign race numbers for each racer.
• Prepare race registration lists of all entrants for packet pick up.
• Race Results posted at the race site on our Results Bulletin Board.
• Race Results posted on our website the day of the race.

Race Course and Finish Line

Using our Transition Area Displays, Finish Line Display, Race Fencing and our Race Course Mile Markers, Tri and Du It Multisport will set up a professional race course for your race and racers.

• Transition Area Sign Displays for each event.
• Finish Line Sign Display with a large Digital Race Clock.
• Custom made Finish Line Banner made on request with your race logo and your sponsors logos.
• Finish Line Race Chute construction is made to handle the incoming of race finishers.
• Race Course Mileage Markers are placed out on the bike course and run course.
• Setup of Aid Stations and Water Stops on the race course.
